Jeep Wrangler Safety

In this SUV model that can go anywhere off-road, safety is a priority. The standard safety technologies in slightly older Jeep Wranglers, such as ones from 2010, are still quite extensive. They include:

• Electronic stability control, electronic roll mitigation and traction control to reduce skidding
• Trailer sway control, which detects veering and applies the brakes 
• Hill-start assist to prevent rolling backwards

The Jeep Wrangler features an expansive range of technology. Older models even from 2009 offer multimedia centres with trim-specific extras such as touchscreens, speakers and navigation. Newer models from 2018 have the Uconnect platform built in, which comes with:

• Bluetooth capability
• Touchscreen displays
• USB ports and auxiliary input
• Smartphone streaming (Apple or Android, trim-dependent)
• Navigation (trim-dependent)

The Unlimited Sahara and Rubicon trims come with convenient gadgets like speed-sensitive power door locks, universal garage door openers and automatic temperature control. 

Jeep Wrangler Space

The Jeep Wrangler is available as a two-door or four-door vehicle with space for four or five passengers, respectively. Some find the Wrangler’s cargo space to be on the small side, but the Unlimited models have extra space as well as greater legroom in the backseat. 

Jeep Wrangler Comfort

A fold-down windshield is available alongside several removable and retractable top choices, perfect for fresh air on the open road. These include one-touch power tops, three-piece hard-tops, and Sunrider removable soft-tops, though some drivers have reported that these can be difficult to remove. The Rubicon trims provide a smooth and easy-to-handle off-road experience with heavy-duty or performance suspension, the Rock-Trac 4x4 system and all-terrain off-road tires.
