While the Gladiator has yet to be crash-tested by third-party highway safety administrations, such as the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, this compact truck comes with lots of specs to make the driver and passenger feel safe. Fans of the Wrangler will be impressed with the Gladiator's similar interior features. All Jeep trims come with five comfortable cloth seats, storage compartments and a wide range of extras that deliver both convenience and style. Some highlights of the Gladiator's interior include:

While the 4x4 base model features a long list of technical add-ons, only the Jeep Gladiator Rubicon and Overland automatically come with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities and a one-year subscription of SiriusXM satellite radio. No matter what trim line you choose, you can expect impressive tech specs like remote USB chargers, an infotainment touchscreen (5 inches in the base model, 7 inches on higher trim lines) and hands-free Bluetooth capabilities for your cell.

Jeep Gladiator Space

Drivers and passengers will appreciate the ample seating in both the front and back rows. Much like the Wrangler, the Jeep Gladiator offers plenty of head, shoulder and leg space. Both the driver and front-row passenger enjoy a spacious front row with a superb view of the road. A fully occupied back row provides tons of room for adult passengers. The bed offers 35.5 cubic feet and the engine delivers up to 725 kilograms of hauling capability.

Jeep Gladiator Comfort

Drivers of the Jeep Gladiator might not experience that powerful punch that other rival trucks pack. Currently, the only available powertrain on all trims is a 3.6-litre 285-horsepower V6 engine, which slightly underperforms during acceleration. What the Gladiator might lack in pedal power, it well makes up for in its off-roading capabilities. The Gladiator is equipped to handle any road, and pickup enthusiasts will find that it handles like most trucks in its class.
