Fiat 500 Safety

The Fiat 500 subcompact offers consumers an abundance of safety features standard in every model. The vehicle can safely manoeuvre thanks to its superior traction from Electronic Stability Control (ESC), which detects and reduces the loss of traction. Fiat 500 Interior

In terms of tech, the Fiat 500 received some notable upgrades over the last few years. Recent models as of 2018 include an easy-to-use Uconnect infotainment system, which includes Bluetooth connectivity, integrated voice command, premium Beats by Dre audio system along with a 5-inch touchscreen. However, some find that the entertainment systems in earlier Fiat 500s are difficult to operate and don’t integrate well with smartphones.

Earlier models like the 2012 come standard with heated mirrors, keyless entry, cruise control, a six-speaker sound system and a CD player with auxiliary jack, so you can connect your own device.

As a subcompact, the Fiat 500’s small size allows it to navigate tight spaces with ease. Recent hatchback models boast up to 9.5 cubic feet of cargo room, while folding rear seats expand this area to up to 30.1 cubic feet. Newer Fiat 500s from 2018 are additionally outfitted with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine that makes 135 HP, which is significantly more powerful than previous Fiat 500 cars.
